This tribute plaque can be used flat against the ground or hung on a wall. You can also purchase a matching base stand (which can include 2 stakes) or just two stakes that attach from the plaque to the ground. Stand options are sold separately in other listings.
This memorial sign can also serve as a temporary grave marker until the grave stone is ready.

A keyhole slot can be added at no additional charge. Just request it in the checkout notes, otherwise it'll be assumed it'll be used in a memorial garden or park setting.
The engraved areas are painted black for most plaques, though dark gray and black will be painted white for contrast.
Include the text you'd like in the order notes when ordering. Once your order is placed, I'll be in contact with you within one or two business days to provide a mockup of the layout for you to approve before beginning work. I'll also provide a few actual photos in the color family you chose to select from. If you think you'll want more than one plaque and want the material to match, please order at the same time. If requesting a base, please also that at the same time as well.
My material is upcycled corian scraps and are limited to what I have on hand, once a particular color is gone, it's gone, and unfortunately, many of them do not have manufacturer names on them so I wouldn't even know how to begin to match it after the fact.
